At the CIS Sandbox Open House on Thursday Nov 21, Microsoft teamed with the CIS Sandbox to hold a gaming contest where IT 101 students learned to create games using Construct II. These were the five finalists. Jeremy Siborg received an xBox in first place for his game, Wizard’s Revenge. President Larson was present at the contest and got to see all of the games in action. The winners are as follows:

- Molly Burke’s Race to Class
- Kiley Caravella’s Lenny’s Revenge
- Sean Rondeau’s The Adventures of Gary the Gold Fish
- Xiaofeng Xie’s Brutal Fruit Ninja
