At Be the Partner, Ryan leads product development and client delivery, spearheading the interchange of user experience and technology to deliver innovations that solve pressing concerns in the industry. Prior to Be the Partner, Ryan led technology and product delivery efforts at Medullan for clients including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Optum. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.

Chad Wright is a highly focused and dynamic technology leader with demonstrated track record of delivering successful enterprise results utilizing business process improvement and agile project management techniques. He has broad information technology industry and general business experience encompassing progressive roles and responsibilities in business systems analysis, project management, IT strategy and all aspects of enterprise operations. As Senior Director of IT, he is responsible for all aspects of their enterprise IT strategy. This includes Infrastructure, Information Security, Service Desk and Business Applications.
