Katrina Gomes is the Director of IT Operations and Technology with the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental affairs with expertise in operations, finance, compliance and technology in both the public and private sector.
For over 15 years, Katrina has worked with business heads to help create business strategies and discover how to best leverage technology. Re-organized multi-department IT divisions that drove down customer service tickets and backlogs while creating efficiencies and streamlining of operations. Identified needs for replacing server environment with new technology and developed both short and long term capital investment improvement plans.
Katrina has an MBA in Information Technology and is a Certified Scrum Master. She is an active member of Soroptimist (Whats best for Women) and inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success.
