Now is your chance Sandbox-ers and gaming enthusiasts. We are going to show you how to create your very own xBox game using XNA Game Studio.
Now it might sound intimidating, but don’t fear! We will have Edwin Guarin in our midst. Edwin is a Senior Academic Developer Evangelist for Microsoft and will be our fearless leader for this night.
Edwin will walk us through the installation of XNA on both your PC and the xBox’s that will be provided that night. All the software is free and feel free to bring your own xBox if you would like. After setting up the correct software, Edwin will walk us through some of the basics of creating your very own game. You will be leaving with your very own creation at the end of the night! Also, Microsoft has been kind enough to provide some swag to giveaway, so make sure you attend.
We want to fit as many students as possible in, however once the table space is taken up we can’t take anymore. Make sure you pre-register on the Eventbrite listed at the bottom of this post.
